I am a borrower and my payment is due. How do I make my mortgage payment?
You may make your payment online by clicking here or you may make a payment by phone by calling one of our loan servicers at (866) 360-4636.
I am interested in becoming an approved broker with 360 Mortgage Group. What is the process?
To become an approved broker click here. Follow all the required steps on the application and you should receive your approval within seven days.
I am a broker and have submitted an application to become an approved broker. How do I find out the status of my application?
The first person to contact should be the Account Executive you submitted the package to. If you submitted online or do not have an Account Executive then you may either call our main office at (866) 418-2997 or email BrokerApproval@360mtg.com. Please note that the standard approval time is seven days from the submission of a new application.
I am a broker and have been recently approved. When will I receive my username and password for the website?
You should receive your username and password within 24 hours of approval. If it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received your account information please contact your Account Executive or call our main office at (866) 418-2997 or email BrokerApproval@360mtg.com.
I’ve forgotten my username, how do I recover it?
Please contact our main office at (866) 418-2997 to retrieve your username.
I’ve forgotten my password, how do I recover it?
On the login page to the website please click the Forgot your password? link and a new password will be emailed to you.
I am receiving unwanted email. How do I remove my email address from the distribution list?
The loan status updates you receive are sent to the email address entered on a loan submission. If you are receiving emails for a loan which is not yours please contact a customer service representative at (866) 418-2997. If you are receiving unwanted announcements or ratesheets please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the unwanted email. If you continue to receive announcements or ratesheets after 72 hours of removal from the list please contact technical support at (866) 418-2997. Please note that removal from either the announcements or ratesheets will results in the removal from both groups.
How do I order an appraisal?
360 Mortgage Group has an internal appraisal management group and does not utilize an outside appraisal management company. This guarantees that 360 Mortgage Group approved brokers will receive the best available service. To order an appraisal, navigate to the loan in your pipeline and click the >Order Appraisal button.
How do I lock a loan?
To lock a new loan, please login to the system and click Upload New Loan. Once the loan is registered in the system, navigate to the loan in your pipeline and click the Lock button.
360 Mortgage Group advertises a hassle-free process but I have just encountered a problem on a loan submission. Where do I go to resolve issues?
Your Wholesale Account Executive should always be your first point of contact. If they are unavailable, we encourage you to speak with either a Regional Manager or our National Wholesale Manager - click here for contact information. Should you experience a problem and like to discuss the issue with Operations, please contact us at (866) 418-2997 and ask to speak with the Product Support Manager.
